Satay is standard street fare in Thailand. Usually a very simple recipe, my version is a little more complex in flavor - a wonderfully different grilled pork recipe that is sure to please.
A slightly Thai version of the classic Hawaiian BBQ chicken grilling sauce. Inexplicably, it doesn’t seem to stick to the grill as badly as other BBQ sauces, but ya gotta keep it turning!
It works fantastic marinating for even just one hour! Three hours works even better. It is also great to use on butterflied pork loin chops.
