Jake's Fast-Acting Teriyaki Marinade

Ingredients:
- 1/2c. soy sauce
- 1/3c. packed brown sugar
- 1/4c. apple cider vinegar or rice wine vinegar
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
Mix it all together.
Marinate the chicken or pork steaks or kabobs in it. Big Ziplock works good for this.
If you baste with the leftover marinade on the grill, add a little water and boil it first for a few minutes to avoid cross-contamination.
